We collect account details needed for access (such as name, email and company), operational records entered into enabled modules, subscription metadata and technical security information.
We use this data to: authenticate users, provide enabled workflows, generate requested reports, protect the service and support the relevant company workspace. Opsis subscription checkout and automatic card charging are not currently provided.
Tenant Controls
Row-level policies, company membership and authorized server functions are designed to prevent one customer from reading another customer's operational records.
How We Share & Protect
We do not use customer operational data for advertising. Processing may involve infrastructure providers needed to operate the service or disclosures required by applicable law.
Application controls include: TLS in transit, row-level tenant isolation, role and subscription checks, private-file access paths, privileged MFA controls and audit trails.
No Data Mining
Your data is never analyzed for competitive intelligence or to benefit other customers.
Your Rights & Control
Available dashboards let authorized users view and correct many records and request supported exports. Access, correction, deletion or portability requests are evaluated against identity, tenant ownership and applicable retention obligations.
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. You can control preferences in your browser, though disabling may affect functionality.

Retention & Updates
Data is retained while needed to provide the workspace, protect its integrity and meet applicable legal obligations. Deletion timing depends on record type, tenant instructions, backups and required retention; no universal public 90-day or seven-year promise applies.
