By accessing or using Opsis Suite, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
Subscription: Access to Opsis Suite requires an active paid subscription. Pricing and plans are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Opsis Suite is currently in beta. Services may change as we develop and improve the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Opsis Suite cannot be held liable for any loss or damage from failure to comply with this security obligation.
Acceptable Use: You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to harass others, or to violate the rights of third parties.
You retain all rights to data you upload. We claim no ownership of your content.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Opsis Suite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to your data will be maintained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
