Essential terms and conditions for using Opsis Suite.

Service Agreement

By accessing or using Opsis Suite, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

Access: A workspace may be provisioned on a Free, Trial, Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Features depend on company status, plan, enabled modules, dependencies, membership and role. Self-service subscription charging is not currently available.

Evolving Service

Features and documented limitations may change as the platform evolves. Material commercial commitments require a written agreement.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Opsis Suite cannot be held liable for any loss or damage from failure to comply with this security obligation.

Acceptable Use: You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to harass others, or to violate the rights of third parties.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to data you upload. We claim no ownership of your content.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Opsis Suite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Termination: Cancellation, access after termination, export and deletion timing depend on the applicable plan, agreement, record type and legal obligations. Request an export before access ends.

Governing Law
